How unhelpful habits creep in

When we’re tired, when we’re mentally fatigued, it’s easy to slip into old unhelpful habits—even destructive habits. I share my story of how I ruined what could have been a great evening by succumbing to fatigue and unconsciously eating and drinking. Today I’m doing my best to practice self-compassion. I’ve learned my lesson. Next time I’m tired and exhausted, I’m heading out to watch the sunset – no matter what!
