#335: Breathing Will Save Your Life

Breathing will save your life. Take it from one who knows. Shallow breath. Chest breathing. Shortness of breath. These are all signs of chronic stress. If you want to improve your lifespan, then learn to breath properly, and in a way that promotes the balance of clarity and calm.

Don’t be fooled by the simplicity of breathing. Just because it’s free, doesn’t mean that it isn’t important.
