Wow, that’s inconvenient! I learned about this simple reminder many years ago. And, let’s just say it’s stuck. Reminding myself that life gets inconvenient, and to not sweat the small stuff, has saved me mentally and physically. Next time somebody cancels your meeting or doesn’t show up, or when someone makes a mistake, try reminding yourself that it’s inconvenient.
