Your body is telling your story. Before you even open your mouth others can sense who you are.
In this episode Cara talks about the importance of making our state our priority. She emphasizes how to be stable, clear and calm in order to have a more consistently positive impact on others. She explains how to practice making your optimal states your default states with questions like: where am I, how am I, what needs to change? Do I need to pause, 20 more energy. She encourages to check in with what you may need to do to make a state shift. For example, you may need to do 10 squats to have more uplifted energy before the call. Or maybe you need some silence to settle before the phone call.
Whatever it is, your body is telling your story the moment you walk into a room. What is that story? Are you ready to find out?Who you are, speak so loudly. I can’t hear what you’re saying, who you are, speak so loudly. – Ralph Waldo Emerson
I’ve learned that people will forget what you said, people will forget what you did.But people will never forget how you make them feel. – Maya Angelou
